Huawei has announced the launch of P40 series smartphone. It has introduced the Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro. The company has priced the Huawei P40 at EUR 799 (approx Rs 67,187) and the Huawei P40 Pro at EUR 999 ( approx Rs 83,315). It will make them available from seventh April.
The Huawei P40 Pro comes with a 6.58-inch HD+ Quad-Curve Overflow Display with a screen resolution of 2640 x 1200 pixels and 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the latest Kirin 990 5G chipset along with Mali-G76 GPU. The phone has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and runs on EMUI 10.1, which is based on Android 10.
Quad-camera setup
In terms of camera, there is a quad-camera setup at the back. It includes a 50MP Ultra Vision Camera, 40MP Cine Camera, 12 MP SuperSensing Telephoto Camera, and a 3D Depth Sensing Camera. At the front, there is a 32MP primary lens and a depth sensor. It is backed by a 4200mAh battery with 40W Huawei SuperCharge and with 40W wireless SuperCharge support. In terms of connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2 x 2 MIMO, HE160, 1024 QAM, 8 Spatial-stream Sounding MU-MIMO), Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NavIC, NFC and dual-sim.

It comes with an 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and runs on EMUI 10.1, which is based on Android 10.

The phone comes with a triple rear camera setup at the back. It includes a 50MP Ultra Vision Camera, 16MP Ultra-Wide Angle Camera, 8MP Telephoto Camera. At the front, there is a 32MP shooter along with IR camera. It is powered by a 3800mAh battery with 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2 x 2 MIMO, HE160, 1024 QAM, 8 Spatial-stream Sounding MU-MIMO), Bluetooth 5.1 (Support BLE, SBC, AAC, LDAC), USB Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NavIC, NFC and dual-sim.
