Iqoo Launches Neo 855 Racing Edition Smartphone

Iqoo has launched the Neo 855 Racing Edition smartphone. It is an upgraded version of the Iqoo Neo 855 which was launched in October this year with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. This phone comes with Snapdragon 855+ chipset.

The company has priced the phone at 2,598 Yuan (approx Rs 26,333) for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. It has priced the 12GB RAM and 128GB storage variant at 2,798 Yuan (approx Rs 28,357). It will be selling the phone in iceland aurora, carbon black and light mint colours.

Snapdragon 855+ SoC

The phone comes with a 16.20 cm (6.38-inch) FHD+ AMOLED display with 2340×1080-pixels resolution. It has a 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is powered by Snapdragon 855+ SoC. It does not have a microSD card slot. It has up to 128GB UFS 3.0 high-speed flash memory.

The Neo 855 Racing Edition comes with a triple camera setup with a 12MP lens with f/1.79 aperture, 8MP ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, the phone has a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock.

33W FlashCharge 2.0

The phone runs on FunTouch OS 9 based on Android Pie. It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 33W FlashCharge 2.0. This feature can charge the phone up to 25 per cent in 10 minutes as per the company. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, A-GPS with GLONASS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
