Ambrane Launches 10000 mAH Power-bank at Rs 1,799 in India


Brands like Samsung, Syska, Toreto, Leonovo, Billion and iBall are retailing 10000 mAH power banks at much lower prices

Ambrane India has announced the launch of a new 10000 mAH power-bank in India. The company claims that the PP-101 power-bank is light in weight. It features dual USB ports and one Micro-USB port.

Speaking on the newest addition, Ashok Rajpal, Director, Ambrane India said, “Power Banks have become a part of our daily lives, however the added weight, becomes a challenge. Our revolutionary new range of power banks addresses the needs being compact in size, and high on power.”

10000 mAH power-banks price wars

The company has announced that their latest power-bank will be priced Rs 1,799 in India. Brands like Syska, Toreto, Leonovo, Billion and iBall are retailing 10000 mAH power-banks at much lower prices than Ambrane.

Syska 10000 mAH power-bank is currently retailing for Rs 599 on a popular e-commerce portal. Leonovo 10400 mAH power-bank is retailing for Rs 699 on the same e-commerce portal. Interestingly Samsung 10000 mAH power-bank (EB-P3000BSNGIN) is available for Rs 1,039 on the same portal.

Ambrane PP-101 power bank features

Ambrane claims that it has equipped the PP-101 power bank with nine layers of advanced chip-set protection. An official statement released by Ambrane read, “PP-101 power bank is a BIS Certified power bank that features a horde of advanced safety features including short circuit protection, over-charge protection, and over discharge protection and over voltage protection, that assures maximum user and device safety at all times.”

It is finished in a rubberised deign and features dual USB ports, one Micro-USB port, LED charging indicator, LED torch light. Ambrane PP-101 gives 5V/2.4A (Auto Switch Mobile Phone Dependent) output.

The power-bank, as per the company, can withstand up to 500 times charge discharge cycle. Built in with smart detection, plug and play function, Power gets turned on automatically for charging when connected with a mobile device.
