Taiwan based Asus has announced the addition of titanium color variant to its ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone. The brand will be retailing titanium colour Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone on Flipkart exclusively.
Commenting on the launch of the new color variant, Dinesh Sharma, India head – Asus mobile business, said, “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of the Titanium edition – the ascetic colour smartphone is a testament to Asus’ focus on design, aesthetics and delivering the best to the consumer. We are obliged with the overwhelming response received for the ZenFone Max Pro M2 across the country and we are glad to offer our consumers all new colour variant that best complements their style.”
The smartphone will now be available in blue and titanium colors in the country. Asus is retailing it in two options namely 3GB+32Gb and 4GB+64GB. The brand may also be launching a 6GB+64GB variant of the ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone.
It competes against the likes of Redmi Note 6 Pro, Realme 2 Pro and upcoming Samsung M20 smartphones in India. The segment is largely led by China-based smartphone brands in India.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 features
Asus claims that ZenFone Max Pro M2 is the first phone in its segment to use a flagship grade. It is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and 2.5D-curved front edges. ZenFone Max Pro M2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform with AIE that incorporates the Qualcomm AI Engine. ZenFone Max Pro M2 draws power from a 5000 mAh battery and weights 175 gms.
ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone sports 15.90cms (6.26) FHD+ notch display in 19:9 aspect ratio. Its notch includes an LED flash, camera, earpiece, notification LED, ambient and proximity sensors. The front has an f2.0 13MP camera with LED flash.
With Sony IMX486 main sensor, the dual-camera system uses a F1.8 12MP and 5MP with 1.9x. Asus says that the smartphone can shoot videos up to 4K, and has EIS functionality allows to shoot shake-free selfie-videos.
The ZenFone Max Pro M2 comes installed with rear fingerprint security sensor with 5-finger recognition and face unlock. ZenFone Max Pro M2 features a convenient triple-slot tray, combining dual 4G VoLTE SIM slots (Dual SIM/Dual standby) with a microSD card slot that allows storage expansion up to 2TB.
