Sony India has unveiled the latest wireless in-ear headphones, WI-1000XM2. They are priced at Rs 21,990 and will be available at all Sony Centers, major electronic stores and e-commerce websites in India from January 6 onwards.
Advanced noise-cancelling technology
The company claims that the headphones feature the most advanced noise-cancelling technology ever in this wireless neckband headphones. They are equipped with HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1.
The company says that the stable fitting structure, with an angled earphone design, aims to prevent ambient noise from entering the ear, while the Dual Noise Sensor technology cancels any noise.
The headphones are equipped with a built-in microphone. They are compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. As per the company, the battery delivers up to ten hours of power when fully charged and also comes with a quick charge function.
Research and development centre in India
Recently, Sony had announced setting up of a research and development centre in India. As per the company, the first centre in the country will be opened in Bangalore by 2020 becoming one of the seven Sony’s global research centres.
