Oontz Angle 3Ohio headquartered company Soundworks has launched Oontz Angle 3 portable wireless Bluetooth speakers in India. It will sell the newly launched product at a price of Rs 1,799 through online channel Flipkart. To foray and expand in India, Soundworks has appointed Alchemie commerce private limited as the national distributor in India.
Steve Erickson, business head said “Oontz Angle 3 is arguably the fastest selling Bluetooth speaker in the United States. We are very excited launching the brand in India, amongst the fastest growing personal audio market in the world, and we see India as a great opportunity for the growth and expansion of the brand.”
Bluetooth 4.2 technology
Soundworks claims the portable wireless Bluetooth speakers come with 10W bass boost and bass radiator which will give enhanced bass output in a small size. It has two precision neodymium drivers and antenna designed to support Bluetooth 4.2 technology. This Bluetooth wireless speaker is already sold by Soundworks in America, Europe and South Asia.
The company says that the speakers come with a playtime of 14 hours. The speakers come with IPX5 feature that makes it water resistant as per Soundworks. It has a built-in mic to allow it to work as a handsfree personal speakerphone. Soundworks further claims the Bluetooth range on the speakers is up to 100 unobstructed feet away from the Bluetooth device.
Triangular design
An official statement from Soundworks says, “The bass output is enhanced by the proprietary passive bass radiator,unique triangular design and downward facing bass radiator further enhance the sound quality and the higher quality crystal clear sound and features distance it from the competition.”
