Luxaire Luxury Fans has launched a IoT aka smart features ceiling fan in India. Dubbed Lux 5130, this ceiling fan, as per the company, is compatible with Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri voice assistants.
“The time has come for Luxury Fans to adopt Technology, as the amalgamation of both, shall redefine the future of this industry. In the era of smart homes, smart ceiling fans shall be a natural fit, combining luxury with convenience,” stated Nisha S Kukrejah, founder, Luxaire Luxury Fans.
The company is retailing these fans from Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kochi. Luxaire is also retailing these using its website. It also informed that it would share the prices of this ceiling fan with consumers on request.
10-year motor warranty
This wooden-blade-ceiling-fan features four blades. Luxaire is retailing this in two colors – matte white motor with matte white blades, and black motor with walnut color blades, adding a hint of elegance, that complements all types of ceilings, modern or traditional.
“IoT enabled Lux 5130, redefines the traditional designer ceiling fans because of its seamless design, mesmerising looks, BLDC Technology, IOT control, and remote-control operations. Putting comfort and control at your fingertips, the fan compliments every smart home, being WiFi enabled so, no wall Regulator to be used,” read Luxaire’s official statement.
The fan can also be controlled with WiZ which can be used to control speed and modes, reverse rotation and under-light with dimming options. This fan is also compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri.
Luxaire’s official statement continued, “The brilliant fan comes with under light, 20 watts-warm-white 3000K LED light. The advanced profiled blade design gives an impressive air delivery of 218RPM at Top speed while ensuring silent operation when in use. The BLDC motor Fan ensures lowest power consumption (only 26 Watts), ensuring 70 per cent energy savings; compared to ordinary fans. It comes with 10-year motor warranty.”
