Daiwa Launches 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Quantum Luminit Smart LED TV

The brand has priced it at Rs 66,990 in India. It will be competing against the likes of similar TV offerings from brands including MarQ, iFFalcon and Cloudwalker in India

Daiwa’s has added 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Quantum Luminit Smart LED TV to its portfolio of smart TVs in India. The brand has priced it Rs 66,990 and will be retailing it on Amazon and Paytm e-commerce portals, along with several other leading stores in the country.

An official statement released by the brand read, “Daiwa committed to bring the latest technology to India at budgeted prices, announces its latest ‘65inch 4K ultra HD Quantum Luminit Smart LED TV’, a new standard of high definition that raises the viewing bar higher than ever. Offering a multitude of innovative features, the newest TV is the source of endless entertainment.”

Price wars – 4K smart LED TVs under Rs 70,000

Daiwa is not the first TV brand to offer a 65-inch 4K smart TV under Rs 70,000 in India. In fact, Daiwa’s latest offering will be competing against the likes of MarQ, iFFalcon and Cloudwalker in the country.

MarQ, Flipkart’s own brand, is currently retailing 65-inch 4K smart TVs at prices of Rs 61,999, while iFFalcon is retailing 65-inch TVs at prices of Rs 64,999 in India. Similarly, Cloudwalker is selling a 65-inch 4K smart TV at Rs 59,990.

Daiwa’s official statement regarding the TV read, “Featuring Ultra slim bezel design, the ultimate picture quality pairs the brilliance of 4K clarity with the brightness and detail of HDR X. With a resolution of 3840×2160 pixel and A+ grade panel that brings 1.07 billion colours display, enjoy life like pictures. It comes with 4K enhancer which utilises our evolving database to refine Full HD and 4K content in an adaptive manner, making your movie, TV show or digital media clearer, in lifelike 4K resolution.”

It is based on the android 7.0 platform and features 1GB RAM with 8GB internal memory. Daiwa 65-inch TV allows access to internet using Wi-Fi support. Daiwa has also equipped it with features including M.Cast and E-Share. The brand is offering the TV with a built-in sound bar.

Daiwa says that its AI Powered Sensy Technology (with Voice Command) creates a TV guide app that creates a wall of moments directly accessed from the set-top box. The TV comes with several connectivity options including three distinct HDMI inputs, 2 USB inputs and 1 optical output for high end soundbars or music system.
