Philips Launches a New Smart Wi-Fi LED in India

Philips has launched a new smart bulb named Smart Wi-Fi LED bulb in India. The company will sell the newly launched bulb at Rs 1,099. The company is offering a discount on the bulb on Amazon’s festive season and selling it at Rs 929.

Philips says that the bulb has a WiZ technology platform. With this one can download WiZ app from Play Store or Apple App Store and connect the home WiFi network to the Smart WiFi LED bulb.

Works with voice assistants

The bulb also works with voice assistants including Siri, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa according to Philips. The company claims the bulb comes with millions of colours options to choose from. Users can also apply preset themes. One can also create customised light settings.

Tune to perfect shade of white light

Philips also claims that the user can tune the bulb to perfect shade of white light ranging from warm white to cool daylight. Philips says the bulb lets the user automate lighting, using its timer and scheduling functions.

Padmakar further added, “Philips Smart Wi-Fi LED bulb puts you in complete control of your lighting with smart bulbs that are easy to use, functional, and affordable.”
