Dish TV Will Offer Three Types of Set-Top Boxes to Its Subscribers

Dish TV has announced that it will offer three types of set-top boxes to its subscribers which are the Dish SMRT Hub, DishNXT and the DishNXT HD.

The Dish SMRT Hub has been priced at Rs 1490 and the company will offer channel pack free for a month. The device is equipped with stereophonic sound, the ability to add reminders, mark favourite channels and digital picture quality as per Dish TV.

Alexa support

The second set-top box the company will be selling is the DishNXT HD for HD TV channels. It is priced at Rs 1,590 with a one-month free channel pack subscription. Dish TV says the set-top box comes with Smart Stick paring. It also comes with Alexa support.

The Dish SMRT Hub comes with Amazon prime video, Hotstar, Watcho, and other content-based apps. It will let users play Satellite TV with the Over-the top (OTT) apps. Dish TV says users can also install additional apps and games on the box. The box has been priced at Rs 3,999 for new subscribers and existing subscribers will have to pay Rs 2,499 to upgrade to this box.
