Syska personal care, has announced the launch of a new grooming trimmer in India. Dubbed the ‘UltraTrim HT500’, Syska has priced it at Rs 1,699 in the country. Syska said that the product is designed to be used in the male category of grooming products.
Commenting on the launch of the product, Gurumukh Uttamchandani, Executive Director, Syska Group, said, “Syska always strives to use the latest technology and consumer insights to introduce products that will benefit the consumers and improve their lives. Syska UltraTrim HT500 is a unique trimmer that every young man would love.”
It is to be noted here that Syska UltraTrim HT500 trimmer will be competing against the likes of trimmers offered by Philips and Panasonic in India. Syska is claiming that eight hours of charge gives this trimmer the ability to work for eight hours.
Male grooming products to be worth $3.3 billion by 2022
Uttamchandani, in an official statement released by the company said that the market for male grooming products in India is growing at a compounded annual rate (CAGR) of 15 per cent. He also mentioned that because of social media, millennial men in India have started worrying about their appearances.
He said, “The market for male grooming products in India is growing at a compounded annual rate (CAGR) of 15 per cent and will reach $3.3 billion by 2022. Today, with social media most millennial men in India have started worrying about their appearance. Keeping this in mind we have introduced the UltraTrim HT500 Trimmer, to meet the ever evolving consumer needs.”

Syska UltraTrim HT 500 features as explained by the company through an official statement read, “Convenient and hygienic, the Syska UltraTrim HT500 trimmer offers a long lasting battery charge for hassle-free usage. The trimmer comes with a stubble comb which provides 20 length settings and users can choose from these desired settings to trim and style their beards based on their requirement.”
It continued, “The trim dial lets the user adjust the level of precision from 1mm to 10mm. Also, the stubble comb gives users the freedom to choose the kind of trim style with 20 different length settings.
