The company will make the SSD storage available in over 30 countries from thsi month. It will make it available in India through retail channels and online platforms from February. The SSD drive will come with a fingerprint sensor. It also has a password protection with AES 256-bit hardware encryption.
USB 3.2 with backward compatibility
Akash Saxenaa, senior director, enterprise sales, Samsung India says, “Consumers who are constantly on the go between work, play and passion projects want to be able to securely carry their content with them. Now their data is secure thanks to the fingerprint recognition functionality incorporated into the product, which delivers industry-leading transfer speeds in a compact form factor.”
It comes with Motion LED which will allow users to determine the status of the device. It also has USB 3.2 with backward compatibility. It weighs 58 grams and comes with aluminium casing.
The SSD storage has a transfer speed of up to 1,050MB/s and speed of 1,000 MB. The company is also providing a three-year limited warranty with this.
