Mitashi has announced the launch of a new 510 litre side-by-side inverter refrigerator for the Indian market. Priced at Rs 72,990 in India, this new Mitashi 5210 litre side-by-side inverter refrigerator, as per the company, will be available exclusively through online sales channels.
Speaking on the launch of the 510 litre refrigerator, Mr. Rakesh Dugar, CMD, said “This is the largest and the most advanced refrigerator from our stable. Earlier refrigerators were considered a luxury item, but now with the fast pace of life, and the need to have proper storage for food items; refrigerators are a family’s basic needs. Our upmarket lifestyle needs to keep pace with the conveniences at home and our range of home electronic and durable items have made a mark in the market. Interestingly, Haier had also recently announced the launch of its slimmest side-by-side refrigerator, HRF-619KS Black Steel Edition in India.
Mitashi 510 litre side-by-side inverter refrigerator features
The refrigerator is equipped with an LED digital display which, as per the company, illuminates every corner of the refrigerator. Users can also control the temperature settings or switch functions inside the refrigerator easily and conveniently by merely touching the buttons on the display.
Multi digital sensors sense any error in the refrigerator and keep users informed in advance. The Moist Fresh Zone maintains the temperature of the drawers to keep products fresh.
An official statement released by the brand read, “The Auto-Defrost Mechanism ensures there is no ice build-up, with fast cool and quick freeze functions for the impromptu gatherings, and a multi-channel airflow system ensuring every item stays fresh. The Toughened Glass Shelves have been designed and tested to hold heavy weight items safely; it also has the Big Bottle Guard, Chiller Compartment, a large storage Vegetable Crisper, Easy Slide-Out Drawers, Ice Trays and Egg Trays – simple necessities of life.”
Mitashi has also equipped it with a child alarm, door alarm and a holiday mode operation setting. The fridge, as per the company, is environment friendly and uses Refrigerant R600a, an environmental friendly gas. This gas has a low environmental impact and excellent thermodynamic performance.
It also comes with an inbuilt reciprocation inverter compressor which aims at improving efficiency. Mitashi’s refrigerator has a stabilizer-free operation.
