Nokia has launched its smart TV in India. It has teamed up with Flipkart to make an entry into the smart TV market in India. Flipkart has made the ‘Notify me’ option live for the Nokia smart TV. As per the company, the TV comes with a 139.7 cm (55-inch) 4K panel. The company will be putting the TV up for sale from 12 noon starting 10th December. Nokia has priced the TV from Rs 41,999.
The TV is powered by a PureX quad-core processor. The TV also has a 2.25GB of RAM option. It comes with Intelligent Dimming technology, Dolby Vision and HDR 10. It is also equipped with Dolby Audio, Dolby Digital and DTS TruSurround technologies. It also has bottom-firing speakers. The TV runs on Android 9 Pie-based Android TV operating system. It has built-in Google Play Store for users to download apps for the TV.
Clear View technology and Clear Sound technology
The Nokia smart TV also supports Clear View technology and Clear Sound technology to reduce noise for digitally streamed content claims the company. It comes with Google Voice Assistant and hotkeys for Netflix and YouTube.
The company is offering a 10 percent discount on the TV. It is also offering a no-cost EMI option. It will also be equipped with new JBL sound programme. This move marks JBL’s entry into TV segment with its audio solutions.
