According to a recent report by Mobile Indian, Xiaomi has launched its new series of Smart TVs in China. The Mi TV 5 Pro series and Mi TV 5 series are available in three variants including 55-inches, 65-inches, and 75-inches.
About Mi TV 5
The Mi TV 5 55-inch is priced at 2999 Yuan (approx. Rs 30,250), 65-inch for 3999 yuan (approx. Rs 40,300) and 7999 Yuan (approx. Rs 80,500). According to the company, the Mi TV 5 Pro series is equipped with up to Quantum Dot 4K OLED panels and the frame is 47.1 percent narrower as compared to the Mi TV 4. The new series comes with MEMC motion compensation technology and is backed by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
About Mi TV 5 Pro
The Mi TV 5 Pro 55-inch mode is available for 3699 Yuan (approx. Rs 37,350), 65-inch model for 4999 yuan (approx. Rs 50,450) and 9999 yuan (approx. Rs 1,00,900). The series is backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
Both the new series run on the PatchWall user interface and are powered by a 1.9GHz Amlogic quad-core processor along with Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. The new series features 2 x 8W stereo speakers along with Dolby Atmos and DTS surround sound support. It also features WiFi, Bluetooth, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, S/PDIF, and Ethernet port.
