The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee has ventured into a new product category in India by launching smartwatches. The company launched three budget friendly smartwatch range; Gionee Senorita, GSW4 and GSW5.
The company launched the smartwatches on June 23 via Flipkart. The smartwatches will be retailed at INR 3,499, INR 4,599 and INR 2,499 respectively.
Gionee Senorita Specifications
The Gionee Senorita offers a 1.04-inch round TFT LCD display of 240x198p resolution. It is made of alloy metal body and comes in two colour options- Metallic Golden + Black leather strap and Metallic Silver + White leather strap.
The smartwatch is IP68 water-resistant rated and offers features like heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, menstrual cycle monitoring, water drinking reminders, etc. It also supports various indoor and outdoor sports.
Backed by a 130mAh battery, the smartwatch claims to have a standby time of 10-12 days and a 3-day battery life. It features Bluetooth v4.0 and can support both Android and iOS devices.
Gionee GSW4 Specification
The Gionee GSW4 features a 1.2 -inch round Transflective Always- On Display of 240×240 resolution. it is made of alloy metal body with a leather strap.
It is IP68 water-resistant and features 24×7 real-time heart rate monitoring, geomagnetic compass navigation, sleep tracking, etc. The smartwatch shows notifications from phone such as calls, emails, social media, etc.
The product comes with a 350mAh battery, the smartwatch claims to have a stand by time of 20 days and a 12-day battery life. It features Bluetooth v5.0 and can support both Android and iOS devices.
Gionee GSW5 Specifications
The Gionee GSW5 offers a 1.3-inch square TFT displayof 240×240 resolution. The product comes with a plastic case and a tempered glass and is available in four colour variants- Perfect Black, Vivid Blue, Matte Grey and Rose Pink.
It is IP68 water-resistant and features 24×7 real-time heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, remote access control of the smartphone camera, etc.
The product comes with a 160mAh battery, the smartwatch claims to have a stand by time of 15 days and a 5-day battery life. It features Bluetooth v5.0 and can support both Android and iOS devices.
