Samsung Launches Galaxy M31 Smartphone in India

Samsung has launched the Galaxy M31 smartphone in India. It has priced the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant at Rs 14,999 and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant at Rs 15,999. The company will make the phone go on sale from the fifth of March through offline stores, Samsung’s online store and Amazon.

The phone comes with a 16.25 cm (6.4-inch) FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. It is powered by the Exynos 9611 octa-core SoC. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery with 15W charging support and it runs on Android 10 which is based on OneUI. The phone also comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back and face unlock feature.

Quad-camera setup

The phone has a quad-camera setup at the back. It includes a 64MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 5MP depth camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 5MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The phone supports dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and dual-SIM
