Tecno mobiles has launched Tecno Camon 12 Air smartphone in India. The company will sell the newly launched smartphone at a price of Rs 9999 through offline channels from 14th October. The company will sell the smartphone in two colours baby blue and stellar purple.
The company says that the smartphone comes with a 16.63 cm (6.55-inch) HD+ Dot-in display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The phone has a 90.3 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 500nits brightness.
MediaTek Helio P22 chipset
The company claims that the phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory on the phone can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. The company claims the dot notch used in this phone is a first in this price segment.
The company says that the phone comes with a triple-camera setup that consists of a 16MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel 120-degree wide-angle lens, which also takes 2.5cm close-up shots and a 2-megapixel depth sensor along with quad-LED flash. At the front, there is an 8MP in-dot selfie with f/2.0 aperture and 81-degree wide-angle lens.
4,000mAh battery
The company says that the Tecno Camon 12 Air is backed by a 4,000mAh battery and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie based on Hi OS 5.5. The phone measures 164.29 x 76.3 x 8.15mm and weighs 172 grams. It has a physical fingerprint sensor and face unlock as well. On the connectivity end, it supports dual 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, dual-SIM, and 3.5mm audio jack.
