According to a recent report by Mobile Indian, Vivo has launched its Y-series phone – Vivo Y5s in China. The smartphone is priced at 1,498 Yuan (Rs 15,200). The phone comes in gradient colors of Blue and Green and Black color.
Vivo Y5s is equipped with a 16.5862 cm FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It has up to 90.3 per cent screen-to-body ratio, 394ppi pixel density and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The phone is powered by a 2.0GHz Octa-core Mediatek’s Helio P65 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. MicroSD card can be used to expand the storage.
AI 16-megapixel selfie camera
The phone comes with an AI triple camera setup with a combination of a 16-megapixel main lens with f/1.78 aperture and PDAF, 8-megapixel superwide lens with f/2.2 aperture 120-degree and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Also, it has an AI 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear side of the phone has a fingerprint reader. It also has face unlock feature.
5000mAh non-removable battery
It has a 5000mAh non-removable battery with 18W dual-engine fast charging through micro-USB. The phone runs on Android 9.0 based on Funtouch OS 9.2. Connectivity features include VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and micro USB port 2.0. The phone measures 162.15 x 76.47 x 8.89mm and weighs 193 grams.
