Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, AVP, IT, Usha International (Pic Source – Linkedin)Sanjeev Kumar Sharma has joined Usha International as assistant vice president, IT, at Usha International. He was working with Havells India as a senior general manager in the IT vertical.

More than 24 years of experience
Starting his professional innings as a area sales executive with Dharampal Satyapal Ltd, Sharma has worked with different organistaions including Dabur, Spencers, Nivea, Hindustan Unilever among others. He first started working with a consumer electronics organisation in February 2011.
He worked with Samsung Electronics as a national business innovations manager from February 2011 to December 2014. During this time he was responsible for managing the distribution system and coordinating with IT and business stake holders on PAN India level.
Sharma worked with Samsung Electronics again from February 2015 to December 2015 as a deputy general manager. His roles during this time included automation of sales, service and supply chain systems among others.
He joined Havells India as a general manager in December 2015. Sharma was repsonsible for redesigning employee portal, mobile application and for delivering big data, data mining, CRM & consumer strategy expertise to company. His role at Havells also included redesigning the dealer portal. Sharma was promoted to the designation of a senior general manager in April 2018.
