Saurabh Baishakhia Joins Usha International as President

• He was earlier associated with Orient Electric as its senior vice president and business head
• Saurabh has an experience of more than 14 years working for different consumer electronics brands

Saurabh Baishakhia joined Usha Internationl team as president of its appliances division. He has worked with Orient Electric and LG Electronics in the past.

In a recent conversation with EFY Group, he had shed light on the use of IoT aka smart features in consumer electronics. He is one of those leaders in the consumer electronics industry that are working day and night to make IoT in consumer electronics affordable and reachable to masses.

Started as a product group head with LG Electronics

Saurabh Baishakhia, started his professional innings in the consumer electronics industry with LG Electronics in 2005. He had joined LG in the capacity of a product group head in the same year.

He was then given the responsibility to head LG Electronics’ color televisions and digital audio video segments in August 2009. Saurabh continued on the same responsibilities for two years before being promoted as the business head of LG’s air conditioner division in August 2011.

Joined Orient Electric in October 2015

After working with LG Electronics for six years and three months, he joined Orient Electric as company’s senior vice president in October 2015. He was also given the responsibility to head Orient Electric’s business.

Saurabh had completed his masters in business administration from Amity University in 1997. Usha International appliances division comprises of home as well as kitchen appliances.
