The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo might launch the Vivo S6 smartphone soon. The company shared the teaser for the new phone along with some information. According to the reports, Vivo is planning to launch another 5G smartphone in the market.
Recently, the company launched the Vivo Z6 5G and the Vivo X30 along with the NEX lineup with 5G connectivity. The first look of the phone has been revealed, however, the company has not provided any details about the specification and availability of the device. Vivo might launch the Vivo S6 in Chinese markets first.
Vivo S6 teaser details
In the teaser, only a cryptic rectangular smartphone with rounded corners is displayed. Also, the teaser video indicated that the Vivo S6 will feature a “Dual-mode 5G” and “strong performance”. The dual-mode claims that the smartphone can support both the NSA and the SA networks. Along with this, the teaser came with the caption “Are you ready for fast speed?”.
According to some reports, it has been revealed that the smartphone will aim at the upper mid-range segment and the company may add the Snapdragon 760G SoC and Snapdragon X52 modem in the smartphone. On the other hand, Vivo may also go for Mediatek Dimensity 1000 with an integrated 5G modem. The company will launch the smartphone in the Chinese market first.
Recently launched Vivo V19
The teaser came just a day after the company launched the Vivo V19. The company has opted for a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED panel with Snapdragon 675 SoC and 8GB RAM. Vivo V19 also features a 32-megapixel front camera along with a quad rear camera with 48-megapixel primary sensor.
