Asus, a Taiwan based smartphone manufacturer has revised the prices of ZenFone Max M1 and ZenFone Lite L1 in India. The company is now retailing these at prices of Rs 6,999 and Rs 4,999 respectively, on Flipkart. Interestingly, Samsung and Xiaomi have recently launched new entry level smartphones in the country.

ZenFone Max M1 features
In line with the hallmark of the ZenFone Max Series – ZenFone Max (M1) comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core Processor. It is powered by a 4000 mAh battery.
Asus has equipped the smartphone with a 5.45inch full view display. The smartphone also features finger print unlock security clearance. Asus’ official statement read, “In addition to the front 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera with LED flash, ZenFone Max (M1) features an 13MP advanced rear-camera system with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture lens to capture clearer photos. The smartphone also features a phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) system that can accurately focus on the subject.”
ZenFone Lite L1 features
The ZenFone Lite L1 smartphone, like ZenFone Max M1 smartphone, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core Processor. It also comes equipped with a 5.45” Full View 18:9 display.
This smartphone is equipped with a 3000 mAh battery, which as per Asus can give the smartphone an all-day standby time. Asus’s official statement read, “ZenFone Lite (L1) is equipped with up to a 13MP rear camera with phase-detection autofocus (PDAF) and 5MP front camera with LED flash, which helps to click images in dark lighting conditions.”
ZenFone Lite L1 features face-unlock capabilities. It also includes two SIM slots and a microSD card slot for adding up to 256GB of extra storage.
