The company said that this new interface has been developed to create a balance between entertainment and information. Artificial intelligence and machine learning
As per Dish TV, the interface will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to make it easier for the user to find content on TV. It will solve the problem where users are restricted to traditional remotes while watching TV.

My Zone section
The new interface will also allow users to access featured content and new and trending content available on different OTT apps at the same time. The company will do this through deep-linking support. It also has a My Zone section which will give recommendations according to the user’s preferences. The user can also access items from this section.
