Honor Adds Three GB RAM Variant to Honor 10 Lite Smartphone Line-up

The company had launched Honor 10 Lite smartphone in January 2019 in India in 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM and 6GB RAM, 64GB ROM variants

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has quietly added a three GB RAM and 32 GB ROM variant to its Honor 10 Lite smartphone line-up in the country. The move seems inclined towards competing against the likes of Samsung M series and Redmi Note 7 series in India. Both these smartphone series were launched during the months of February and March 2019 in the country.

A tweet posted by the official Honor India Twitter handle during the launch of Honor 10 Lite smartphone in India read, “It’s cool, it’s new and it’s everything you! Time to welcome the newest member of the Honor family! Get ready to be 24 Hour In Style with the stylish Honor 10 Lite starting at just ₹13,999. Only On Flipkart and Honor Store! Sale starts Jan 20!”

Interestingly, Honor has launched the trimmed down RAM and ROM version of the smartphone at a price tag of ₹11,999 in India. Honor is using Flipkart’s e-commerce portal to retail the smartphone in India.

Honor 10 Lite features

Honor 10 Lite is available in three colour options including sky blue, sapphire blue and midnight black. Honor has equipped the smartphone with a 24 Megapixel selfie camera with Sony IMX576 sensor at the front. The brand claims that the selfie camera features 3D portrait lighting modes and other effects as well.

Rear camera setup on Honor 10 Lite consists of dual cameras, the primary being a 13 megapixel shooter, while the secondary being a 2 megapixel one. Tear drop notch screen is also a major highlight of the phone. Honor 10 Lite smartphone comes equipped with a 6.21-inch Full HD+ display that offers 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution in 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

The latest Honor smartphone is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor mated with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. Honor has equipped the 10 Lite smartphone with a 3400 mAH battery.
