Pic source – FlipkartHonor is offering discounts on Honor View20, Honor 8Xm Honor Play, Honor 8C, Honor 7C, Honor 10 Lite, Honor 10, Honor 9N, Honor 9 Lite, Honor 7A, Honor 7S and Honor 9i smartphones in India. Interestingly, many of these smartphones, after discounted prices, are now available in the same categories as Samsung M series, Redmi Note 7 series and Realme 3 smartphones.

Positioning against newly launched smartphones
Honor Play and Honor 8X, which were launched in India last year, are now against the likes of Samsung M20, M30 and Redmi Note 7 Pro in India. It is to be noted here that Honor Play and Honor 8X start at prices of Rs 13,999 and 12,999 respectively. Samsung M20 and Redmi Note 7 Pro are also placed in the same price categories in India.
Similarly, Honor 7C and Honor 8C smartphones are now available at starting prices of Rs 7,499 and Rs 8,999 respectively. The new pricing, have put these in the same segment as Realme 3 smartphones. Realme has recently said that it was able to sell more than three lakh Realme 3 smartphones during the first two flash sales. Honor 9N, Honor 9 Lite and Honor 9i smartphones are also in the same price categories as Samsung M10 and Realme 3 smartphones.
Honor has also announced discounts on View20 smartphone. The discounted prices of this smartphone, now place it in the same price category as OnePlus 6 smartphones.
