OnePlus launched the first-of-its-kind doorstep mobile repair service in six cities across India which include Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. The company is also planning to expand its reach by providing customer service network to top 100 cities including tier-2 cities and beyond.
The company is already offering a free product pick-up and drop-off service. The service is available in over 8000 pin codes covering 80% of India.
OnePlus Care App
With the new OnePlus Doorstep Service, customers can choose a convenient time slot for the engineer to visit with the help of the OnePlus Care App. Additionally, the company also offers instant Whatsapp support to the customers on any after-sales service or sales related queries.
The app enables the customers to view whether the service is available or not in their city. OnePlus has also announced that it now has two new exclusive repair centers in Kolkata and Indore. The company is also looking forward to open three exclusive repair centers in Aurangabad, Baroda, and Lucknow within the first half of this year.
While this service has been launched in six cities, OnePlus says that it is available within the city limits based on the postal codes. This is the first smartphone brand globally to offer on-site doorstep repair service as claimed by the company.
