Oppo Extends Warranty Services For its Smartphones, Accessories

Oppo has announced that it is extending the warranty services for Oppo-branded smartphones and accessories amidst the Coronavirus lockdown. It has suspended all on-ground repair operations. The company has started an Online Service that will help customers with basic troubleshooting and software related issues.

Oppo said that is will extend warranty across all smartphones and accessories whose warranty has expired during the lockdown period from 23rd March 2020. It will let customers avail of this offer for products purchased from authorised offline and online platforms.

It also laid down terms and conditions for the extended warranty services. The company has extended warranty for smartphones with a warranty of generally 12 months. It has extended warranty for charger, data cable, earphones, and the internal battery.
