Realme Extends Warranty On Its Smartphones During Coronavirus Lockdown

Realme has announced that it is extending the warranty period on all its smartphones and accessories amidst the Coronavirus lockdown. It has extended the warranty on all its products till 31st May.

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth put out this information on Twitter. It is offering extended warranty for those products whose warranty will expire between 20th March, 2020, to 30th April, 2020. The warranty will be extended till 31st May.

Realme will also extend the replacement period to 30 days for the products which were purchased between 15th March to 30th April 2020. Realme also said that its Make in India facility will be closed during the lockdown period. It has postponed the launch of Realme Narzo due to the lockdown too. The company has decided to suspend all upcoming launches as well.

Madhav Sheth tweeted, “With respect to the announcement made by our Honourable Prime Minister yesterday, we have decided to suspend all upcoming launches including #realmeNarzo series. Time for us to focus on our family & ourselves. Stay at home, stay safe & cooperate with local authorities.”
