  • The first Realme exclusive service center was opened in New Delhi
  • Exclusive service centers seems to be a part of Realme’s offline expansion strategy

Realme has opened another exclusive service center in Pune, India. Madhav Seth, CEO, Realme Mobiles, took to Twitter to announce the same. It is to be noted here that Realme is aggressively expanding its reach in the offline channel in the country.

Madhav Sheth tweeted, “Great moment for our Pune users and the real me family! At the inauguration of another exclusive service centre in Pune today.”

First exclusive service center was opened in Delhi

Realme’s first experience center was inaugurated in New Delhi during the month of April 2019. Owned by China-based BBK, Realme, at the time of opening of its first servive center had said that it was planning to reach 25 strategic locations wherein the potential for walk-in customers is high. Realme also shared that it will establish 25 service centers by end of 2019.

Madhav Sheth had said, “Since the establishment of realme, the brand has got a great response. Realme 3 has also witnessed a phenomenal response from our customers. We sold over 311800 devices in the first two rounds of sales. Realme is committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through an industry leading after-sales service experience. Realme Exclusive Service Centres promise complete peace of mind with guaranteed 1-hour TAT to further strengthen the trust that our community has placed in us. Our goal is to keep the customer satisfaction levels high so it can establish a reputation for service – something all brands are starting to focus on more today.”

Offline channel seems to be the focus

It seems as if Realme is now concentrating on the offline channel in India. The company, that started as a online only smartphone brand here, has done quite well actually. Several reports by IDC and Counterpoint Research have time and again credited Realme as one of the top online smartphone brands in India.

The company had recently said that it had sold 1.7 Lac Realme 3 Pro smartphones in under eight minutes time. The company has also started retailing many of its smartphone models through offline retailers in India. Realme, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, Iqoo and Reno are all smartphone brands owned by China-based BBK.
