Samsung All set to Open its First Bay Area Experience Store

  • The new Samsung retail is only about 15 miles from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino
  • This is the fourth retail location of its kind in the US

Samsung is all set to open its first Bay Area Samsung Experience Store in the heart of Silicon.

According to a report by CNET, the new Samsung retail store location at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California, is only about 15 miles (roughly 24 km) from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino.

The new retail store will be open for the public from December 12, 2019. This is the fourth retail location of its kind in the US.

Focus on Samsung’s extensive line

The report mentioned that the centre of the store will focus on Samsung’s extensive line of phones, currently showcasing the flagship Note 10 and S10 devices as well as the more budget-friendly A series.

Gartner’s 2019 Customer Experience Innovation survey, reveals that three out of four organizations surveyed, increased investments in customer experience (CX) technology investments in 2018. The survey suggests that when organizations grow in CX maturity, a greater focus of technology investment is placed on increasing customer understanding.
