Xiaomi will put its Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone for sale on fourth December from 12 noon on Amazon and its website. The company has priced the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the product at Rs 14,999 and the 6GB and 8GB RAM variants with 128GB storage at Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999 respectively. It will be selling the smartphone in halo white, gamma green and shadow black colours.

The smartphone comes with a 16.58 cm (6.53-inch) Full HD+ LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot up to 256GB. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T gaming processor.

Quad-rear camera setup

The phone comes with a quad-rear camera setup with a quad-rear camera setup with a 64MP main shooter, 8MP ultra-wide lens and dual 2MP shooter for macro and depth sensing. At the front, the phone has a 20MP selfie shooter.

It is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery with support for fast charging technology. On the connectivity front, the device supports WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 4G LTE. It runs on MIUI 10 based on Android Pie.
