HMD Global Launches Nokia C1 Android Go Edition

HMD Global has announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Nokia C1 Android Go Edition. The smartphone is priced at 5,999 Kenyan Shilling (approx Rs 4,180) and it will be available for purchase in Africa, Middle East and APAC.

13.843 cm FWVGA+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio

The latest Nokia C1 Android Go Edition comes with a 13.843 cm FWVGA+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 65GB via a microSD card.

The smartphone still runs on the 3G network and not on 4G. It has a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and f/2.4 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with LED flash.

The Nokia C1 on Android 9.0 Pie and it falls under Android Go Edition. The phone comes with a 2500mAh battery. It supports 3G, WiFi, GPS, and micro USB port. The phone has a 3.5mm audio jack along with a Google Assistant button.
