Available at starting prices of Rs 48,999, OnePlus 7 Pro is the first smartphone by BBK priced in the above Rs 45,000 category
Pic credits – Amazon IndiaAmazon India announced that OnePlus 7 Pro has become the fastest selling ultra premium smartphone on its e-commerce portal in India. Company’s official statement read, “It is the highest selling smartphone above Rs 45,000 in the first seven days of its launch.”
Interestingly, majority of the smartphones priced above Rs 45,000 on Amazon, are offered by the industry heavyweights Samsung, Huawei and Apple. Oppo, another smartphone brand owned by BBK has recently announced its Reno series in India. One of the smartphones in Oppo Reno series, is also priced upwards of rs 45,000. Amazon had this announcement on 23 May 2019.

First smartphone by OnePlus brand to feature BBK’s pop-up camera technology, the smartphone is being retailed in three different variants in India. These include 6 + 128 GB priced at Rs 48,999, 8 + 256 GB priced at Rs 52,999, and 2+256 GB at Rs 57,999.
The OnePlus 7 Pro features a 90Hz display which helps screen get refreshed at ninety times a second. Amazon’s official statement read, “It has earned DisplayMate’s highest A+ rating, making it one of the best smartphone displays in the market. Further, the cameras on the OnePlus 7 Pro are the most advanced and capable camera set, coupled with a powerful algorithm called Ultrashot, which takes advantage of the sophisticated new camera hardware.”
It continued, “What’s more, OnePlus 7 Pro is powered by the latest mobile platform, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, with up to 12GB of RAM, creating an experience that sets a new benchmark for incredible performance.
