Both the awards won by the appliances and consumer electronics company are in the design excellence category
Two products from Whirlpool India have won iF Labels at the iF Design Award 2019. The newly launched – Bloomwash Pro and Ace XL, are the two washing machines that won the awards. The Whirlpool brand also won an award in its premium Global Range – W Series that was recently launched in India.

Bloomwash Pro fully automatic washing machine (Whirlpool India)
The Bloomwash Pro, as per the company, is a perfect blend of form and function. It features edge to edge black glass top that gives an infinity view without any breaks to the high quality chrome bar that evokes a sense of exclusivity.
Beneath the looks the machine comes with a steel impeller and triple nozzle spray that, as per Whirlpool, offers class-leading performance. Whirlpool’s official statement read, “With interiors that showcase meticulous craftsmanship, it also offers resource-saving features to ensure a superior wash experience.”
Ace XL semi-automatic washing machine (Whirlpool India)
Whirlpool’s statement read, “The Ace XL is a culmination of progressive aesthetics and unique craftsmanship that showcases a Hi-tech, premium and robust looking product.”
Part of a new generation of appliances from the stables of Whirlpool, its features new design language. The new Ace XL offers curved surfaces, rounded corners, clearer interfaces and easy-to-understand icons make day-to-day interaction a wonderful experience.
Whirlpool W Series four door refrigerator (Whirlpool – Global Range)
Whirlpool’s four-Door refrigerator features polished aluminium blade and full-width black interface. Whirlpool’s official statement read, “A design marvel, the doors open to a panoramic view of the interiors the slowly gets illuminated by a large LED panel with gradual lighting technology.”
The machine is powered by Whirlpool’s sixth sense technology. It doubles as a convertible freezer too. The company says that its sixth sense technology ensures precision cooling for optimised food preservation and customisable storage options.
