Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. (CGCEL) along with Bollywood actor and celebrity influencer Soha Ali Khan has announced the launch of the company’s offering – the ‘Crompton Anti-Bac LED Bulb’. The Envirosafe technology, as per the company, helps provide dual benefits to consumers by delivering regular LED light and also killing up to 85 per cent germs.

Currently available in Cool Day White Light with a range of two wattages -7W and 9W at Prices of Rs 180 and Rs 190 respectively, the company will soon start reatiling anti-bac LED bulb warm white light as well.
Multimedia campaign
The brand said that it will incorporate a multimedia campaign with the inclusion of TV, Digital, OOH and PR mediums. The TVC, released by the brand, further talks about the importance of having a safe and healthy environment for all consumers.

85 per cent germs within four hours.
Company’s official statement read “the bulb does not emit any UV/IR radiations but only visible light, which makes it absolutely safe for humans, pets and food items. The bulb is also very easy to install and is a complete game changer in the fight against mold, mildew, and bacteria.”
