Rohit Singh, secretary general, CEAMA, in an exclusive conversation with EFY Group, shared his thoughts around IoT and consumer electronics market in India. He is of view that large appliances including the likes of ACs, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines etc can benefit most from IoT and smart features.
“The penetration level of IoT embedded consumer electronics is very small when compared to international markets. This simply means that the market of IoT embedded consumer electronics has huge potential in the country. I see a good volume of IoT enabled consumer electronics driving into the country, ” shared Rohit.
