Motorola Launches G8 Plus Smartphone in India Under Rs 14,000

Motorola has launched Moto G8 Plus smartphone in India. It has priced it at Rs 13,999 and will sell it through online channel Flipkart from the end of this month.

The phone comes with a 6.3-inch In-Plane Switching (IPS) Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Max Vision display with Full High Definition (FHD) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC along with Adreno 610. As per Motorola, the phone has a dot notch display on the top and a thick chin at the bottom. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be extended with a microSD card. It runs on Android 9 Pie.

The phone comes with a triple camera set up at the back end. It has a 48MP sensor, 6MP secondary sensor with an ultra-wide lens and a 5MP depth sensor. At the front, there is a 25MP camera for selfies.

The phone also comes with a Light Emitting Diode (LED) flash unit with the camera. In terms of connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio socket, and USB Type-C port.

As per Motorola, the phone has a fingerprint scanner on the back of the device for authentication. It also has accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, and compass. It comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 15W TurboPower 2 ultra-fast charging says Motorola.
