Consumer electronics giant Samsung has launched 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch UHD TVs in India. The company claims that these TVs feature applications including live cast, tune station, screen mirroring, lag free gaming, real 4K resolution and 60+ titles.
Raju Pullan, Senior Vice President, Consumer Electronics Online Business, Samsung India, said, “The new range of UHD TV line-up meets the growing expectations of our consumers by providing a 4K UHD TV with host of smart features such as Live Cast, Tune Station, Smart Convergence and Lag Free Gaming. These beautifully designed TVs are also equipped to meet the changing content consumption needs, in sync with their lifestyle demands.”
The company said that its UHD Series TV line-up will be exclusively available through the online sales channel. Samsung had recently changed its PR agency in the country. Samsung has priced 43-inch TV at Rs 41,990, 50-inch at Rs 51,990 and 55-inch at Rs 61,990.
Samsung 6 Series UHD TV features
Samsung is claiming that its latest UHD series brings in the power of sharper, crisper images with 4K UHD that has 4X more pixels than FHD TV. Company’s official statement read, “With Live Cast one can broadcast any live moment from any location on to the TV by using his/her smartphone. The feature enables the consumers to effortlessly share a live stream and further build on the entertainment factor.”
The TVs, as per the company, also offer assistance for smartphone screen mirroring. Samsung said, “It offers assistance to let the smartphone and Smart TV work in sync to maximize the entertainment experience. Consumers can play videos on the big screen to make them come alive.”
Samsung’s official statement read, “Offering gaming enthusiast an extra edge, the lag-free gaming offers high quality graphics. With the Game Mode and Quad Core Processor the new UHD series lets consumers play games on the big screen seamlessly with high-quality graphics of UHD Picture Engine.”
