TCL has launched a new range of AI-powered televisions and air conditioners in India. The company has named the TV series as C8 series and has priced the 4K AI Smart TV 139.7 cm (55-inch) model at Rs 49,990 and the 165.1 cm (65-inch) model at Rs 69,990.
TCL has priced the air-conditioners of the Elite series at Turbo Air at Rs 26,990 Turbo Air with 3 Star 1T , 3 Star 1.5T for Rs 31,990 and 3 Star 2T for Rs 41,990. The air-conditioners in the Smart Air series include 3 Star 1T (priced at Rs 28,990), 3 Star 1.5T ( priced at Rs 33,990 ) and the 3 Star 2T (priced at Rs 43,990). It has priced the AI Ultra Inverter AC at Rs 40,990 and it comes with 5 Star rating.
Far-field technology
The TVs come with far-field technology, which allows for hands-free voice control. As per TCL, the user can control the TV. It can make program reservation, channel switching, power on or off and other smart home devices like sweeping robots, curtains, lights.
The TVS also feature Dolby HDR Vision. It comes with 4K UHD resolution and Wide Colour Gamut technology. It also has Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation feature (MEMC). The TVs have Onkyo speaker with Dolby Atmos. They run on Android TV based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Titan gold coating on the condenser and evaporator
The Elite series of AI-enabled air conditioners come with cooling performance with ultra-tropical working till 60° C and ultra-fast cooling in 30 seconds as per the company. The ACs run on energy-saving capability and ultra-low frequency operation with a minimum of 300 units per hour consumption says TCL. They have a titan gold coating on the condenser and evaporator. The Elite series comes with a Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) that produces low noise and provides high airflow for fast cooling.
Ultra-fast cooling in 30 seconds
The Smart Air series comes with smart home connectivity. The ACs can be controlled through the TV, mobile and Google Home. The ACs run on AI Inverter algorithm and smart diagnosis. It enable low refrigerant detection and error detection. The Turbo Air series has been designed for extreme temperature conditions with ultra-tropical Compressor working till 60°C, ultra-fast cooling in 30 seconds and digital temperature display says TCL. It also has Gold fin condenser and evaporator. It provides stabilizer free operation.
TCL Home application
TCL has also introduced the TCL Home application. It will help to operate Android TVs and smart air conditioners. The TCL Home App will turn the mobile phone into a remote control says the company. It has a Shop page on the app that provides access to users to the complete product catalogue like technology specifications, features and others.
