The IE 40 PRO, as per the company, come equipped with Neodymium magnets, which provide a sound pressure level (SPL) of up to 115dB. Sennheiser said that its patent-pending cable ducting design helps reduce the risk of cable breaks.
Pungalia added, “We have high expectations from IE 40 PRO, as it has already astounded the engineers and bands in the international market and we are expecting a similar response in India.”
The connector of the headphones comes accommodated inside the ear mold. Sennheiser claims that these in-ear headphones can reduce sound levels by up to 26dB. The company is retailing these with small, medium and large size silicone ear tips and a pair of memory foams.
