Goldmedal Electricals has announced the launch of i-Dock music player under its GIFA range of modular products. The music player, as per the company, is a first-of-its-kind entertainment system that allows consumers to enjoy music by easily installing it within a switch plate.

The company had recently launched its latest smart switches range in India as well. It is to be noted here that Goldmedal Electronics had also revealed its latest brand symbol-Wireman in India.
Goldmedal’s sub-brand Audio World
Goldmedal has launched this i-Dock music player under its sub-brand Audio World in India. The company is retailing it through retail as well as e-commerce stores in India.
Company’s official statement read, “Clubbed under the Audio World sub-brand, Goldmedal offers systems that can fit into a switch plate, fixed on walls and ceilings and portable music players that have charging docks. These systems are both innovative and technologically advanced, and can be synced with mobile players, connected to home theater systems and music can be played from your iPhone even while the device charges. The product is priced at Rs 6,100 and can be purchased from retail stores as well as leading e-commerce platforms.”
Charges iPod and iPhone as well
This music player, apart from its primary function, can also be used to charge Apple devices iPod and iPhone. It features a 3.5 mm jack and has the capability to be connected to a device via Bluetooth connection.
Goldmedal has equipped its latest music player with two speakers which give an output of four watts each. The company said that it can be clubbed with external music systems as well. Infrared connectivity option is also available on the same.
