Detel Launches Four New Feature Phones in India

  • The company is retailing these in the Rs 625 to Rs 999 price band
  • Detel has equipped all these feature phones with dual-sim capabilities

Detel has announced the launch of D1 Guru, D1 Champ, D1 Star, and D1 Max features phones in India. The company informed that it will be retailing these feature phones using its own website, Flipkart, Amazon and Paytm Mall.

“We had an enthralling journey in the Indian feature phone market, with unbeatable ‘Value for money’ products launched in the past years. The new devices have been beautifully designed looking at the modern-day needs and expectations of the users. This new series will further strengthen our vision of connecting 40 crore Indians,” noted Yogesh Bhatia, founder, Detel.

Bluetooth-dialler feature

The company said that it has incorporated a new feature called Bluetooth-dialler feature in D1 Star and Max. “With this smart feature, one can easily connect their smartphones with Star and Max and connect calls, SMS, and music, helping in the longer battery life of the smartphone,” read Detel’s official statement.

Detel’s D1 Guru and Champ come equipped with a 1.8 inch (4.572cm) LCD display, while Detel D1 Star and Max come with 2.4 (6.096cm) and 2.8 inch (7.112) LCD displays respectively. All the four models are also equipped with dual sim standby. The phones include features like digital camera, wireless FM, call blacklist, power saving mode, SOS and torch.

“After introducing the world’s most economical feature phone, Detel is all set to disrupt the feature phone market with the launch of its New Series enabled with Z-talk app, which will allow customers to chat and share media through feature phones toandroid or iOS smartphone users,” read Detel’s official statement.
