It tracks any workout that gets the heart pumping and measures the time spent in each heart rate zone toward a weekly goal of 150 minutes.
The tracker also includes sleep features. It has a Sleep Score feature which provides deeper insights into one’s sleep patterns. The tracker also has a relative SpO2 sensor that powers Fitbit’s Estimated Oxygen Variation Graph in the Fitbit app. It shows an estimate of the oxygen level variability in the bloodstream.
