The upcoming Mobile World Congress may witness a lot of foldable devices being launched, World’s first models of commercially available 5G smartphones may also make their debut at the event as well.

Many reports have indicated that the global smartphone market has started declining. Some of these have cited ‘lack of innovation’ as a reason behind the slowdown in smartphone market. Others believe that users holding on to their old devices for longer periods of time is another possible reason. The launch of foldable smartphones and 5G devices may bring some respite to the declining smartphone industry.
