JBL to be a Partner of NBA India Games to be Held in Mumbai

Harman has announced JBL will be a partner of NBA India games. JBL says the Sacramento Kings and Indiana Pacers will make their debut in India with two exhibition games at National Sports Club of India (NSCI), Mumbai on fourth and fifth October marking the first games that teams from a North American sports league will play in India.

Through these partnerships and our ambassadors, we are bringing sports fans in India closer to their favourite teams.”

Ranveer Singh as its brand ambassador in India

JBL says that its global brand ambassador and international star Priyanka Chopra Jonas will attend the games to cheer on the teams. HARMAN President and CEO Dinesh Paliwal will also be a panel speaker at NBA India Innovation Summit.

JBL had recently announced the signing up of Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its brand ambassador in India. JBL’s official statement read, “Taking the energy and sound of JBL even higher, Ranveer will endorse an exciting new range of JBL’s consumer audio products in the coming months. Singh will also participate in a series of marketing initiatives to further strengthen JBL’s dominance in the country.”

 During IPL this year, Harman has tied up with Delhi Capitals team through JBL. The company has also extended its sponsorship contract to A.R Rahman’s ‘The Sunshine Orchestra’ project. It was the fifth consecutive year that the company has announced its association with this project.

JBL has some major names as brand partners globally like NBA most valuable player Giannis Antetokounmpo, two-time NBA All-Star Andre Drummond, three-time NBA All-Star Kemba Walker and Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal.
